02 / A SENSIBLE FIRST STEP

Before we build,
we find what’s
worth building.

An AI workflow assessment turns “we should use AI” into a practical decision about one part of your business.

We look at the work together, identify what can improve, and give you a written plan you can act on.

A PERSON BEHIND THE PROCESS

You know your business.
Let’s make it work better.

I’m Carl. I work directly with business owners to understand where work gets stuck and build practical AI systems around the people doing it.

You work with me on discovery, the first build and the handoff. We keep the scope clear, discuss any specialist needs up front, and make sure your team understands the system it will use.

Let’s talk about your business

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What is an AI workflow assessment?

It is a focused review of one business process. We map the steps, people, tools, decisions and failure points; decide what should be eliminated, simplified, delegated or automated; then produce a ranked opportunity list and a written pilot recommendation.

Will an agent replace our team?

That is not the starting assumption. The first goal is usually to remove repetitive handling, surface better information or prepare work for review. People stay responsible for judgment, relationships and sensitive decisions.

Can you connect to our existing software?

Potentially. We review the specific product, available APIs or connectors, permissions and data requirements before promising an integration. The design favors the smallest access needed for the approved workflow.

How do you handle security and mistakes?

The pilot defines access limits, approval points, expected outputs, failure behavior and test cases before live use. Sensitive communications and important system changes stay behind human approval until the workflow has been tested and explicitly authorized.

How are service fees and software costs handled?

NimbleLogic's fee covers the agreed assessment or implementation work. Model usage, automation platforms, hosting, messaging and other client software are identified separately so the operating cost is visible before launch.
