A map of how work moves
People, tools, decisions and handoffs. A shared view of where the process slows down.
AI operations for small businesses
Practical AI agents that help your team follow up, find answers and move work forward. Thoughtfully built around your business.
“Can you help with…”
Approved knowledge
Organized. Drafted. Routed.
Human judgment stays in the loop.
01 / THE WORK WE HELP WITH
The best place to start is a task your team already knows too well. Explore three examples of what a focused first workflow could do.
Help your team turn a new inquiry into an organized record and a relevant reply, ready for someone to approve.
Measure response preparation time and missed follow-ups.
“Hi, we’re planning a team event for around 30 people next month. Do you have availability, and what would it cost?”
Agent contextApproved services, intake rules and follow-up guidance
02 / A SENSIBLE FIRST STEP
An AI workflow assessment turns “we should use AI” into a practical decision about one part of your business.
We look at the work together, identify what can improve, and give you a written plan you can act on.
Talk through an assessmentPeople, tools, decisions and handoffs. A shared view of where the process slows down.
What to simplify first, where AI can help, and what should remain with your team.
One workflow, clear boundaries, a success measure and an estimate of running costs.
03 / HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A direct working relationship, a defined scope and a useful result at each stage.
Map one process, understand the bottleneck and decide on a practical first improvement.
Implement one AI-assisted workflow, test it with realistic inputs and put it in your team’s hands.
Review a proven workflow, refine what needs attention and choose the next useful step.
Clear scope. Visible costs. Service fees and ongoing software usage are agreed separately before implementation.
CARL JEAN-LOUIS / FOUNDERA PERSON BEHIND THE PROCESS
I’m Carl. I work directly with business owners to understand where work gets stuck and build practical AI systems around the people doing it.
You work with me on discovery, the first build and the handoff. We keep the scope clear, discuss any specialist needs up front, and make sure your team understands the system it will use.
Let’s talk about your businessA FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
It is a focused review of one business process. We map the steps, people, tools, decisions and failure points; decide what should be eliminated, simplified, delegated or automated; then produce a ranked opportunity list and a written pilot recommendation.
That is not the starting assumption. The first goal is usually to remove repetitive handling, surface better information or prepare work for review. People stay responsible for judgment, relationships and sensitive decisions.
Potentially. We review the specific product, available APIs or connectors, permissions and data requirements before promising an integration. The design favors the smallest access needed for the approved workflow.
The pilot defines access limits, approval points, expected outputs, failure behavior and test cases before live use. Sensitive communications and important system changes stay behind human approval until the workflow has been tested and explicitly authorized.
NimbleLogic's fee covers the agreed assessment or implementation work. Model usage, automation platforms, hosting, messaging and other client software are identified separately so the operating cost is visible before launch.
